My story
I will never forget the first time I had received 200 dirham’s. I was a child and it was on the occasion of “Aid El Fitre.” My uncle asked me to share the money with my cousin who was older than me. You can’t imagine what happened, I took the money and divided it into equal parts. I gave one part to my cousin and I kept the other part. So, my cousin became furious and started complaining. I was wondering what the reason behind the tears was. I thought a thousand times to figure out what happened to him? Finally, I started crying, too. This story took place over fifteen years ago, but every time I am reminded of the silly girl who tore money into pieces and realized she has an immense heart to share with her cousin and the sadness that brought innocent tears. Dear me:
This is a letter I’m writing to myself with some New Year resolutions. I will do all I can to reach my goals. I hope that I will not forget iand accomplish them. The first goal is to be always the first in my class. I don’t have problems but there are a lot of excellent students that’s why there is a competition between us. Next, I want to become more organized for not wasting my time looking for something. That’s why I have to keep my room always tidy. Then, I would like to learn more languages. I didn’t decide yet but I’m thinking about Italian, Spanish, Korean and Japanese. I know that it’s difficult, or actually impossible, but I will do my best to do achieve this Finally, I want to be a good basket-ball player. I know how to play, but I would like to be better. Basket-ball is my favorite sport, also the family sport. All my family members played Basket-ball when they were young. In conclusion, I hope I can reach all my goals, but for me, the second goal is the most important one. So, Iwill work hard and accomplish them all. Benmoussa Kaoutar |
